Any quotation provided by LCW is based on the drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, tolerances, finishing requirements, delivery requirements, and other information provided by the customer.
A quotation may be revised if drawings are updated, specifications change, material requirements change, quantity changes, tolerance requirements change, surface finishing requirements change, inspection standards change, packaging or delivery requirements change, additional engineering review is required, or raw material, tooling, labor, or logistics costs change.
Final order terms must be confirmed by written agreement, purchase order, proforma invoice, contract, or other mutually accepted business document.
4. Drawing Uploads and Technical Files
If you upload or send drawings, CAD files, STEP files, DXF files, PDF files, images, product specifications, or other technical documents, you confirm that you have the right to share those files with LCW for quotation, engineering review, and manufacturing communication.
Uploaded files will be used for project evaluation, quotation, manufacturability review, tooling assessment, production communication, quality planning, and related business purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that the files, drawings, specifications, and project information you provide are accurate, complete, lawful, and suitable for review.
5. Confidentiality of Project Information
LCW understands that drawings, CAD files, product designs, technical specifications, and project documents may contain confidential business or technical information.
We take reasonable steps to protect uploaded drawings and project information. Project files are used only for quotation, engineering review, manufacturability assessment, tooling evaluation, production communication, quality planning, and related business purposes.
We do not sell your drawings or technical project files.
We do not share your project files with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
Where necessary for quotation or production evaluation, limited project information may be shared with approved manufacturing, tooling, surface treatment, testing, logistics, or technical support partners.
